Podcast 1:The top 3 things to know about the Library 

In  this podcast Rebecca and Ursula discuss the top 3 things they wish they had known when they were studying. They are new staff members of the Barr Smith Library. 

The girls always thought that the library was some no talking, no eating, no drinking place. But now they think otherwise. With things like the student lounge area, reading rooms, couches, laptop study spots, vending machines for snacks, it makes it all the more a nice place to study. 

They are also happy about the availability of a real person for assistance during semesters from 9am to 10pm. 

Thirdly, Rebecca wished she visited the library more often for reference material rather than googling for information. She thought googling sometimes was a waste of time with all the unwanted results she ends up with and sometime having to pay for information. She wished she knew that libraries have a range of database that contained academically approved  information on what she was studying. She tells Rebecca that these databases can be accessed through the library website.
